Makeup products are non-returnable due to hygiene and safety reasons.

Return or exchange is only applicable if:
- you receive a damaged product
- you receive a wrong product

To be eligible for a replacement or refund:
- product must be unused
- product must be in original packaging
- all tags, boxes, and seals must be intact
Important Requirement
An unboxing video is mandatory to claim any damage or wrong product.
Please record a clear video while opening the package
Without video proof, claims may not be accepted

💰 Refund Process
- Once approved, refunds will be processed within 2–5 business days

ROSAMEE Beauty reserves the right to cancel any order if:
- product is unavailable
- there is a pricing or system error
In such cases:
- prepaid orders will be refunded within 24–48 hours
