Makeup products are non-returnable due to hygiene and safety reasons.

✅ Eligible for Return / Replacement

Return or exchange is only applicable if:

  • you receive a damaged product
  • you receive a wrong product

📦 Conditions for Eligibility

To be eligible for a replacement or refund:

  • product must be unused
  • product must be in original packaging
  • all tags, boxes, and seals must be intact

Important Requirement

An unboxing video is mandatory to claim any damage or wrong product.

 Please record a clear video while opening the package
Without video proof, claims may not be accepted

How to Request Return / Refund

Follow these steps:

  2. Share:
    • clear images of the product
    • unboxing video
    • order invoice
  3. Our team will verify and respond within 24–48 hours

💰 Refund Process

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed within 2–5 business days
  • Refund will be issued to the original payment method

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • check your bank account again
  • contact your payment provider
  • or reach out to us for assistance

❌ Order Cancellation by Us

ROSAMEE Beauty reserves the right to cancel any order if:

  • product is unavailable
  • there is a pricing or system error

In such cases:

  • prepaid orders will be refunded within 24–48 hours
